Our eighth series of City Plates. The theme of this collection is "Points of Departure."

To explore this theme, we selected the following four cities: Seattle, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Cape Town. This collection explores departure points for legendary journeys: prospectors seeking their fortunes, explorers setting out for new lands, and importers/exporters shipping vast quantities of goods.
